Cafe day☕️
This Thursday, I went to komeda coffee with my friends. This cafe launched a new menu. It is based on Shingen Mochi. Shingen mochi is soft rice cake sprinkled with soybean flour and eaten with brown sugar syrup. I ordered the Shingen Mochi collaboration menu item, which was bread topped with soft serve ice cream. I really like the taste of soybean flour and it was very good! Also the bread had mochi in it and was delicious!
Komeda coffee always serves strange sweets, but they are always very delicious. Please go and try them😽
I ate same dessert! I was surprised at how coincidental this happened!
